This 16 page document was used to devise a comprehensive waste program/plan that advocated for additional waste infrastructure, additional/special enforcement, and educational outreach spearheaded by the East New York Community Land Trust. It included mapping of locations of types of public waste bins, non-public residential waste bins, street lights, and positioning of the train columns structures. It also included the residential and commercial density per block through labeling of which businesses are present, how many units per building, and the lighting on the corridor.
